Which devices can I use Small Mercy on?

Use the same account on web, phone, Watch and desktop; clinical features follow your plan.

Reviewed 3 October 2026 · Updated 4 October 2026

Every client is published: the web app, the Windows and Mac desktop apps, the iPhone and Apple Watch app — with wrist control of recordings from the companion watch app — and the Android app, all under one account. Clinical features follow your plan: Free drafts after capture, and paid adds a live transcript and listen-back. Clinical access is open in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and coming soon elsewhere.

Free captures on web, iPhone and Android, with one personal device signed in at a time. A shared computer approved from your phone is separate. Paid adds the desktop apps, Apple Watch capture and multiple personal devices. A live consult can finish before a device is signed out by a new sign-in.

Published clients

  • Web app — capture, draft, review and confirm in a browser. Nothing to install; sign in with an emailed code or link.
  • Windows — the full desktop scribe, for the consult room and for telehealth: it captures both sides of a Zoom or Teams consult. Get it from the Microsoft Store.
  • Mac — the same desktop scribe on macOS, on an Apple silicon Mac running macOS 14.4 or later. Get it on the App Store.
  • iPhone and Apple Watch — the in-room capture app. Start, stop and check a recording from the wrist while your iPhone stays in your pocket. Get it on the App Store.
  • Android — the in-room capture app on a phone, with the same capture, flags and review queue as iPhone. A Wear OS companion controls consultations and meetings on the nearby phone; watch-microphone letter dictation keeps the phone in charge of consent. Get it on Google Play.

Mac, iPhone and Apple Watch are one universal purchase on a single App Store listing, so buying any of the three covers all three. Clinical features follow your plan; compare Free and paid.

One account, and the same rules everywhere

One account works across the apps, with capture features determined by your plan. A subscription started inside a mobile app is billed by that app store at a price that already includes the tax that applies where you are, and managed and cancelled in that store’s settings; everything else is billed via Stripe. See pricing for your region, how Australian GST is handled, or how United Kingdom VAT is handled.

The intended use is identical on every platform. A watch or phone may capture the conversation, but no note is committed anywhere without your explicit review and confirmation — the same consent gates, the same [not stated] discipline, the same audit trail.

Per-platform detail is on the apps page. Next: how founders pricing works.
