What can I do in the Small Mercy web app?
Capture, draft, review and confirm in a browser. Free includes 25 write-ups a week; paid adds a live transcript and listen-back.
The web app brings capture, drafts and review into your browser, with nothing to install. Clinical access is open in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and coming soon elsewhere. Use the Australian application cell for Australia and New Zealand, or the UK application cell for the United Kingdom.
From conversation to confirmed note
Capture begins only in a consented session. Small Mercy structures the note from what was said, flags doubtful lines, and marks required content absent from the source as [not stated]. It is a documentation aid, not a diagnostic device. You review, edit and explicitly confirm every clinical output before it is finalised or exported.
Free gives individuals 25 write-ups a week. Its draft arrives after you stop, and the audio is then deleted; flags direct you to re-read the relevant lines. Paid adds a live transcript and listen-back before confirmation, plus custom templates and vocabulary, uncapped write-ups and PDF exports without a Small Mercy footer. Letters, minutes and document compositions also use the write-up allowance — see the Free plan.
Sign in without a password
Use an emailed code or link. On a shared computer, you can also approve sign-in from your phone. Passkeys remain optional; existing password and authenticator protections still apply where configured. See signing in by email.
One account across the apps
Use the same account across the apps; clinical features follow your plan. A subscription started inside a mobile app is billed by that app store; web subscriptions use Stripe. Pricing has the detail.
The storage, consent and confirmation rules follow your organisation across clients. Clinical data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every access is written to an append-only audit log. Privacy by design explains the processing regions and evidence boundaries.
