How does founders pricing work?
Small Mercy is open in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Starting a subscription locks founders pricing while it stays active.
Founders pricing is the paid Individual plan at a lower monthly price. It is available in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, with no stated closing date or limited cohort.
The same Individual plan
In Australia and New Zealand, founders pricing is A$49/month (+ GST for Australian customers). In the United Kingdom it is £26.99/month ex VAT (£32.39 inc VAT). The rate stays fixed while that subscription remains active.
Founders and Standard are prices for the same paid Individual plan. Founders pricing is monthly only; Standard also has an annual option. See the pricing page for your region for the full catalogue and practice terms.
If you cancel and return, the price shown when you subscribe again applies. Read what “locked while active” means.
Start free if you prefer
Individuals can start with 25 write-ups a week, free, with no card. An uncapped 14-day individual web trial is also available. Free gives you a draft after you stop, with lines flagged to re-read; paid adds a live transcript, listen-back, custom templates and vocabulary, uncapped write-ups and PDF exports without a Small Mercy footer. See the Free plan.
How to sign up
Use the Australian application cell for Australia and New Zealand, or the UK application cell for the United Kingdom. Start with your email and country, verify your email with a code or link, then explicitly choose your processing profile and accept the Terms. You do not need a password or passkey to create an account.
Outside those regions, register interest. For sign-in later, see signing in by email.
