Stay with the conversation. Review the note.

Small Mercy follows the consented consult, shows what it heard, and drafts the note. Unclear speech and uncertain structure are marked for you to review. You edit and confirm the result.

25 write-ups a week · free · no card. Paid Individual founders pricing: A$49/month + GST, held while subscribed. Full pricing.

The work after the appointment

The note is the start. The follow-up is part of the job.

Clinical documentation

Draft structured notes from the consult transcript. Choose a template, inspect what was said, and confirm before the note is saved.

Referral letters

Draft a letter from the reviewed consult or dictate one separately. Review completeness, then confirm and export. Paid practices can configure letterhead and signatures.

Where GP judgement belongs

Show the medication name. Show the doubt.

Australian clinical vocabulary helps recover garbled medication names in the transcript. Proposed corrections remain visible and revertible. Dose, laterality and other critical details get an extra advisory check in review; Small Mercy does not decide treatment.

The draft marks the gap rather than making up a clinical fact.

Your practice software

Keep the system you already use.

For Best Practice and MedicalDirector, confirm the note in Small Mercy, then copy its clean text or export a PDF/A to place in the patient record yourself. Cliniko and Nookal connect directly on paid plans for Australian practices using those systems: start the consult from today’s booking, and once you confirm the note and check the patient a second time, Small Mercy files it there as a draft treatment note for you to finalise. A confirmed letter can be filed as a PDF copy on the patient’s record.

Best Practice / MedicalDirectorConfirm → copy text or export PDF/A → add to the record yourself

Best Practice and MedicalDirector direct integrations are on the roadmap. How export works.

Explore all features →
Can I use it on my own?

Yes. The Individual plan is for one clinician. Start in your browser; phone and desktop apps are optional.

What does the trial cost?

The Individual web trial is 14 days with no card needed. When it ends, continue on Free or choose a paid plan. Nothing is charged before then unless you choose to subscribe inside an app. See current plans and pricing.

Will it work with Best Practice or MedicalDirector?

Confirm the note, then copy its clean text or export a PDF/A to place in the patient record yourself. Direct integrations with these two systems are on the roadmap.

What happens when it cannot hear a word?

On paid plans, a transcription flag points you to listen to that part of the consult. Free deletes audio when its first draft arrives, so its flags mark lines to re-read. A structuring flag points you to re-read the transcript and draft. You review, edit and explicitly confirm the note. Try the uncertain-word example.

Do I still need the patient's consent?

Yes. Ordinary consent to record is required for each consultation and is separate from your organisation's processing consent. Read how consent and privacy work.
