A scribe that doesn't mind what you practise.
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, podiatry and psychology as much as general practice. Small Mercy listens to a consented consultation, drafts a structured note, and waits for you to confirm it before anything is saved. That loop is the same whatever is written on your door.
What isn't the same is the tuning underneath it — and we'd rather show you that now than after you've signed up.

Four things that don't depend on your discipline.
On paid plans, the words appear on screen while you talk, in a consultation the patient has consented to record.
Anything it wasn't sure it heard, or couldn't place cleanly, is marked for your eye rather than smoothed over.
Nothing is saved until you have read the draft and confirmed it. It is a documentation aid, not a decision-maker.
On Free, deleted when the first draft arrives; on paid plans, deleted on confirmation by default. The patient can keep a QR deletion receipt.
The tuning underneath is Australian and GP-shaped.
The clinical layer Small Mercy has been tuned against is general practice in Australia: PBS and AMH drug vocabulary, MBS billing hints, and letters drafted with RACGP conventions in mind. Those are the surfaces a GP recognises, and they are the ones that exist today.
The consult-note and letter workflows do not yet have discipline-specific formats — no physiotherapy-specific consult-note structure, no chiropractic or podiatry consult-note template, and no psychology-specific consult-note format. The transcript, the flags, the confirmation step and the deletion receipt all work exactly as described above; the scaffolding around the note does not yet know what you practise.
We would rather you read that here than discover it in your first week. If discipline-aware formats are what would make this worth having for you, tell us which ones — that is how they get built.
Where the note ends up.
Cliniko and Nookal — the practice software many allied health clinics already run — both connect directly on paid plans, from the day’s bookings to a draft treatment note. With any other practice system, the confirmed note copies across in one click — and we'll call something integrated only once it is.
No discipline gate on a seat.
One rate for the whole practice, set by its size — minimum two clinicians, billed together via Stripe with a self-serve portal. Every discipline counts the same toward the seat count, and every plan provides source-grounded drafts and review; paid adds live transcription, listen-back and practice tools. See the plans.
Try it in your own room.
An uncapped 14-day individual web trial is also available. Practice trial and billing terms are on the pricing page. If the tuning isn't right for your discipline yet, you will know quickly — and you can say so.
