Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom are open. Outside those regions, access and pricing are still coming — an Australian catalogue is not a rest-of-world offer.

The uncapped 14-day Individual web trial is also available. Free resets on Monday in your practice’s time zone, with no rollover. Note re-drafting is unlimited within the same session. Free lets you stay signed in on one personal device at a time. A computer approved from your phone is separate; an active consult finishes before another device signs out. Paid adds desktop and watch capture, multiple personal devices, custom templates and vocabulary, and PDF exports without a Small Mercy footer.

For practices

One rate for the whole practice, set by its size — minimum two clinicians, billed together via Stripe with a self-serve portal. Switch to annual for twelve months at the price of ten.

Any discipline counts towards the seat count — physiotherapy, chiropractic, podiatry and psychology as much as general practice. The clinical tuning is Australian and GP-shaped today, and its consult-note and letter workflows do not yet have discipline-specific formats.

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is applied at checkout where applicable.

Stored in the United Kingdom; transcription and note drafting run within the United Kingdom or European Union.

Can I try it free?

Yes. Start with 25 write-ups a week, free, with no card. An uncapped 14-day individual web trial is also available. Two-seat practice trials need a card on file; practices of three or more clinicians are charged from day one.

What does "locked while active" mean?

Your A$49/month founders rate never rises while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and return later, the price shown when you resubscribe applies. Founders pricing has no stated closing date.

How is GST handled?

Listed prices exclude GST; it's added at checkout with a tax invoice.

How do practices pay?

By card or invoice through Stripe, with a customer portal for seats, receipts and plan changes. Individuals can pay via Stripe on the web, or in-app through the App Store or Google Play.

A little more room for your day.

A$49/month + GST for the paid Individual plan — held at that price for as long as you stay subscribed.
