What does Small Mercy cost?

Small Mercy is open in Australia and New Zealand, and this is the live pricing for those regions. The United Kingdom service is open too, with GBP pricing on the UK pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST; GST applies to Australian customers only, so New Zealand organisations are billed the listed AUD figure.

For individuals

• Free — 25 write-ups a week, no card. Resets every Monday in your practice’s time zone, with no rollover. An uncapped 14-day individual web trial is also available; when it ends without a paid subscription, you continue on Free.

• Individual at the founders price — A$49/month + GST. Founders pricing — the rate you get when you sign up today. Monthly only, and the price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

• Individual at the standard price — A$99/month + GST, or A$990/year. Our standard price. Annual is twelve months for the price of ten.

For practices

One rate for the whole practice, set by its size — minimum two clinicians in every region, billed together via Stripe with a self-serve portal. Switching to annual gives you twelve months at the price of ten.

• 2–5 active clinicians — A$109 per clinician per month, ex GST.
• 6–10 active clinicians — A$99 per clinician per month, ex GST.
• 11 or more active clinicians — A$89 per clinician per month, ex GST.

That rate is what the system charges at any size — a practice of forty pays the same per clinician as a practice of twelve. At 25 or more clinicians, talk to us before you sign up.

What paid adds

Free includes source-grounded drafts and flags that mark lines to re-read. Audio is deleted when the first draft arrives, so Free has no listen-back and no live transcript.

Paid plans add a live transcript and listen-back while you review, with audio deleted on confirmation by default. They also add desktop and watch capture, multiple personal devices, custom templates and vocabulary, uncapped write-ups and PDF exports without a Small Mercy footer. Every plan requires your explicit review and confirmation before clinical content is finalised or exported. Small Mercy is a documentation aid, not a diagnostic device: required content absent from the source stays [not stated].
