How do I sign in by email?
Use an emailed code or link, with no password required for a new account.
Use the email address on your account. Small Mercy can send you a six-digit code or sign-in link. Enter the code in the browser where you requested it, or open the link to finish signing in.
New accounts start with email and country, email verification, and an explicit choice of processing profile and acceptance of the Terms. A password or passkey is optional. Existing password and authenticator protections still apply where configured; an email link does not turn off a required second factor.
On a shared computer
A code lets you keep the inbox on your own phone while signing in on the computer. You can also approve sign-in from your phone. Request sign-in yourself, check the destination, and sign out when you finish.
Sensitive account changes
Signing in does not remove the need to re-authenticate for sensitive changes. A passwordless account can be asked for another emailed code before a protected account action.
Already have a passkey?
Passkeys are tied to their application host. A passkey enrolled on the previous application host does not work on a new Small Mercy host. Use email sign-in, or your existing password and authenticator, then enrol a new passkey if you want one. See moving to Small Mercy.
If a sign-in message does not arrive, check junk mail and that you used the right account email. Contact support without including patient details or sign-in codes.
