Can I approve a computer sign-in from my phone?

Use a phone already signed in to approve a sign-in request on a shared computer.

Reviewed 3 October 2026

Yes. A phone already signed in to your Small Mercy account can approve a computer sign-in you have requested.

  1. On the computer, choose the option to sign in from your phone.
  2. On your signed-in phone, enter the short code shown on the computer and review the request.
  3. Approve only the request you started. Return to the computer to continue.

Keep the code private and never approve an unexpected request. Approval signs in that browser; it does not approve clinical outputs or remove any required second-factor protection. The shared-computer session lasts up to 12 hours. Sign out when you finish.

If you do not have a signed-in phone available, use an emailed code or link.
