We have a new name: Small Mercy.
If you’ve been using Akoua, welcome to the next chapter. Same team, same account, and a name that feels closer to what we’re here to do: give you a little less paperwork to carry after a consultation.
A small mercy can be an ordinary thing. A note ready to review. A letter you don’t have to start from a blank page. One less thing waiting at the end of the day.
That’s the idea behind the name.
Your account comes with you
You don’t need to start again or create another account. Sign in with the email address you already use:
Passkeys belong to the website where they were enrolled. If your passkey was set up on the previous app address, use email sign-in or your existing password and authenticator on the new address, then enrol a new passkey if you prefer. Our guide to moving to Small Mercy walks you through it.
The name changes. Your review still matters.
Small Mercy drafts from what was said, shows uncertainty and waits for you to review and explicitly confirm the result. It is a documentation aid, not a diagnostic device. Required information absent from the source stays [not stated].
The name change does not change your organisation’s chosen processing profile. You can read about storage, processing and deletion in Privacy by design.
Akoua Pty Ltd remains the company behind Small Mercy.
