Sovereignty and consent

Processing profiles, consent prompts, and who decides for your organisation.

What are the sovereignty profiles?

AU Sovereign, Global and UK Sovereign differ in where records are stored and where audio and transcripts are processed. UK Sovereign is live for United Kingdom organisations.

Where is my data stored, and where is it processed?

Clinical records are stored in Sydney on AU Sovereign and Global, and in London on the UK Sovereign region; processing location depends on the profile.

How is my consult processed, and when am I asked separately?

AU processing consent, separate consent to record, and when a clinician must accept a single-use offshore offer. No automatic change of organisation profile.

What is UK Sovereign?

The United Kingdom region — the clinical record stored in the UK, with transcription and note drafting on named providers in the UK or EU.

Does any UK data leave the United Kingdom?

Clinical storage stays in London. Ordinary processing is in the UK or EU; exceptional Australian support access is scoped, authenticated and audited.

Who else processes UK data?

The published sub-processor list is the authoritative answer — every provider, what it does, and where. Practices get 30 days' notice of changes and may object.
