Small Mercy for Android — v1.1.6

Dr Tyson K··1 min read

Small Mercy 1.1.6 for Android was released on 2 September 2026. Its Google Play release notes describe improvements to Home, letters, meeting drafts and review.

This release includes work originally prepared for 1.1.5. Version 1.1.5 was withdrawn before it became public, so those changes arrived in 1.1.6 instead.

Home stays up to date

Home refreshes after a consultation and supports pull-to-refresh, making it easier to find the conversation you just finished.

Dictate and export letters

Letter dictation uses your organisation’s live transcription pathway. Recordings remain attached to their draft if Android recreates the screen.

After you confirm a letter, you can export it as a PDF or share it as text.

Meeting drafts after transcription

Meeting notes can begin drafting automatically after transcription finishes. They still remain drafts: you review and explicitly confirm the generated content before saving or exporting it.

Clearer review

Review shows when checks are still running. You can add sections to a note and name speakers, while patient refreshes, transcript drawers and review cards behave more clearly and reliably.

Naming a speaker is an explicit review action; colour or an anonymous speaker label does not establish their identity.

Still yours to review

Every generated note, letter, meeting minute or task remains a draft until you review and explicitly confirm it.
